Of course, this is Sebastian Michaelis and Ciel Phantomhive from Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler.
I am not accustomed to drawing chibis in this style.. my chibi drawings usually have hollowed out eyes and no arms or legs. But, these two turned out pretty cute!
