This is of course The Undertaker, and Grell Sutcliff from Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji.

It took me a very long time to complete. Countless hours. And it is dedicated to my Undertaker ~Yuki-no-Ningyou

Why is Grell not wearing clothes? ... Who knows, he just wanted to be naked.
